Revolution Fitness LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website revfitcoaching.com, the Fit Ops Pro coaching platform, and the Revolution Fitness mobile application (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Services.
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of our Services.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you sign up for coaching or create an account, we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Profile photo (optional)
- Mailing address (if applicable)
2.2 Health and Fitness Data
To provide personalized coaching, we collect:
- Body measurements and weight
- Progress photos
- Workout and exercise logs
- Nutrition and dietary information
- Health goals and medical history relevant to fitness programming
- Daily step counts, sleep data, and weight from Apple HealthKit and/or Health Connect (with your explicit permission)
2.3 Communication Data
We collect data related to communications between you and your coach, including:
- SMS/text message content, phone numbers, and delivery status
- Email content, addresses, and delivery status
- Voice call records and duration
- In-app messages, check-in submissions, and coaching notes
2.4 Payment Information
We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. Stripe collects and securely stores your payment information in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We retain only the last four digits of your card, card brand, expiration date, and billing address for record-keeping.
2.5 Usage and Device Data
We automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type and version
- Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers
- Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform
- App crash reports and performance data
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, personalize, and improve our fitness coaching services
- Communicate with you via SMS, email, voice calls, and in-app messaging about your coaching program, check-ins, scheduling, and account activity
- Process payments and send receipts, invoices, and billing-related notifications
- Track your fitness progress and generate performance analytics for your coach
- Send appointment reminders, check-in notifications, and program updates
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve our technology
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service
- Send payment failure notifications, card expiry reminders, and service-related alerts
4. SMS, Voice, and Email Communications
4.1 Communication Channels
Revolution Fitness uses multiple channels to communicate with clients as part of our coaching services:
- SMS/Text Messages via Twilio — program updates, check-in reminders, appointment notifications, payment alerts, and coaching communications
- Voice Calls via Twilio — coaching calls, support, and account-related communications
- Email via SendGrid — receipts, program materials, check-in summaries, payment notifications, and account communications
- In-App Messaging — direct messaging with your coach through the Revolution Fitness mobile app
4.2 Dedicated Coach Phone Numbers
Each coach on the Revolution Fitness platform is assigned a dedicated phone number through Twilio for SMS and voice communications with their clients. This number is used exclusively for coaching-related communications.
4.3 Consent and Opt-In
By enrolling in coaching services with Revolution Fitness, you consent to receive SMS messages, voice calls, and emails related to your coaching program. Your coach is responsible for obtaining and documenting your consent to receive communications in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing coaching services.
4.4 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your coaching program and account activity. You may receive messages related to check-in reminders, program updates, scheduling, payment confirmations, and direct coaching communications.
4.5 Opt-Out
To stop receiving SMS messages: Reply STOP to any text message from Revolution Fitness. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your messaging plan.
4.6 Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier. Revolution Fitness is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier issues, network outages, or device incompatibility.
4.7 SMS Opt-In Data
We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS opt-in process to any third party.
4.8 Supported Carriers
Our SMS services are compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our platform:
- Twilio — SMS messaging, voice calls, and phone number provisioning
- SendGrid (Twilio) — Transactional and coaching-related email delivery
- Stripe — Payment processing, subscription management, and billing
- Supabase — Database hosting, authentication, and file storage
- Netlify — Web application hosting
- Apple HealthKit / Health Connect — Health data synchronization (steps, sleep, weight) with your explicit device-level permission
- Expo / React Native — Mobile application framework and push notifications
Each third-party processor is contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes of providing their services to us. We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Revolution Fitness, our clients, or the public.
6. Health Data
Health data collected through Apple HealthKit and Health Connect (including step counts, sleep data, and weight) is accessed only with your explicit, device-level permission. This data is:
- Used exclusively to provide fitness coaching services and track your progress
- Shared only with your assigned coach within the platform
- Never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for purposes unrelated to your coaching program
- Never stored in iCloud or transmitted to Apple by our application
You can revoke HealthKit or Health Connect permissions at any time through your device settings.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:
- Maintain your authenticated session and keep you logged in
- Remember your preferences and settings
- Analyze platform usage to improve our services
- Ensure security and prevent fraud
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features of our platform. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data collected through cookies.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest for all sensitive data
- Row-level security policies on our database to ensure clients can only access their own data
- Secure authentication with password hashing and session management
- PCI-DSS compliant payment processing through Stripe
- Regular security reviews and access controls for all team members
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specific retention periods include:
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your coaching relationship and for 2 years after account closure
- Communication records (SMS, email, voice, in-app messages): Retained for 5 years to comply with telecommunications regulations and legal requirements
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and financial reporting obligations
- Health and fitness data: Retained for the duration of your coaching relationship and deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request
- Usage data: Retained for up to 2 years in aggregated or anonymized form
You may request early deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal and regulatory retention obligations.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your data

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users between the ages of 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use our Services.
